We’re looking for a seasoned Senior Lead Producer (at Executive Producer level) to lead the production of high-impact global campaigns for our sportswear brand. You’ll oversee creative execution across photo, video, and digital assets - working closely with creative, marketing, and external partners to deliver bold, beautiful content that moves culture and drives results. You’ll be a key production leader in our global Brand Creative team, working closely with the Global Head of Production. You will be responsible for guiding large-scale campaigns from pitch through post, and mentoring a growing team of producers across multiple workstreams. From working with elite athletes to fashion-forward creatives, you’ll bring deep expertise in managing complex, cross-functional shoots - with calm confidence, strategic foresight, and operational excellence.
Your Mission
- Own end-to-end production of global campaigns - from budgeting and timelines to delivery and wrap.
- Lead and mentor a team of in-house and freelance producers across multiple campaign tracks.
- Translate creative concepts into efficient, scalable production plans alongside creative and strategy teams.
- Manage vendor relationships and oversee all production partners - from casting agents and choreographers to directors, photographers, VFX and music/ sound teams.
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, media, e-commerce, and retail teams to align production deliverables across channels.
- Oversee productions with top-tier talent - including professional athletes, celebrities, and influencers - ensuring professionalism, confidentiality, and excellence at every touchpoint.
- Navigate international union and industry standards - including SAG-AFTRA (US), APA (UK), and local compliance across global markets.
- Drive operational excellence - streamlining timelines, optimizing workflows, and maintaining cost control.
- Ensure all assets are delivered on time, on brand, and on budget.
- Champion inclusivity, sustainability, and innovation in every stage of production.

Your story
- A confident production leader with 10+ years’ experience in global campaign, content, or commercial production with brand, agency and/or production company experience
- Fluent in the full production lifecycle - from early creative development through to post-production and toolkit delivery across film, photography, experiential, social, broadcast, and Out-of-Home.
- Repeated success in managing large-scale, +$5 million dollar campaigns with multiple work streams and creative/production teams, and market deliverables over a number of years.
- Highly experienced in working with A-list celebrities, influencers, and high-level athletes, with an understanding of the protocols, discretion, and production needs such collaborations require.
- Global production experience and familiar with union and compliance standards such as SAG-AFTRA, Equity and APA (UK), and comfortable navigating these across international shoots.
- Experience with and a strong understanding of global clearance bodies for Broadcast and OOH, including but not limited to Clearcast, US networks, and ARPP.
- Deeply knowledgeable in sports and fashion production - from movement direction and athletic choreography to working with stylists, art directors, and technical production specialists.
- A strategic partner to strategy, creative, marketing management, and media teams, translating concepts into tangible results.
- A calm, solutions-focused leader who brings clarity and collaboration to complex projects
- Passionate about storytelling and craft, creative impact, operational clarity and a commitment to creative excellence.
- Previous experience at top-tier creative agencies, with a portfolio of award-winning or highly visible work.
- Strong financial acumen - skilled in forecasting, budget tracking, and negotiating production costs.
- Knowledgeable in emerging tech and production innovation - experienced with tools like AI platforms, real-time rendering, or systems that improve both creative output and operations workflows.
