What you can expect
We are seeking a strategic and technically strong
TP Manager to support the Group Director of TP to shape our response to evolving international tax frameworks, including CBCR and BEPS initiatives.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining transfer pricing policies, managing global documentation, supporting audits, and providing strategic tax planning support across the business.
Key Responsibilities Policy Development & Implementation Design and implement global and local transfer pricing strategies in compliance with OECD guidelines and local regulations. Develop and maintain intercompany pricing policies and documentation.
Documentation & Compliance Own the Group’s transfer pricing compliance processes: Prepare and review master file, local files, country-by-country reporting (CbCR) documentation and other transfer pricing related disclosures and forms. Partner with third party advisors and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with transfer pricing requirements in various jurisdictions.
Audit & Risk Management Manage transfer pricing audits and queries from tax authorities. Assess and mitigate transfer pricing risks.
Stakeholder Management Collaborate with finance, legal, operations, and regional tax teams to ensure accurate implementation of transfer pricing policies.
Partner with business units to understand operational changes and their potential transfer pricing implications.
Advisory & Planning Provide transfer pricing advice for new business models, cross-border transactions, restructuring, and M&A activities.
Analyze profitability and perform benchmarking studies using external databases.
Ensure appropriate intercompany legal agreements are in place to cover the relevant intercompany transactions.
Identify and assess the impact of new tax and transfer pricing legislation in various jurisdictions relative to the Group’s operations.
Process Improvement Proactively identify, propose and drive automation and standardization in transfer pricing processes and documentation.
Support the integration of ERP systems and data analytics tools into the transfer pricing function.
What you will bring
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Law; a professional qualification (e.g. ACA, CPA, CTA, LLM) is strongly preferred
- 5/7 years of relevant experience in international tax, with strong technical expertise in transfer pricing and OECD tax frameworks
- Prior experience in a multinational corporation and/or a Big 4 advisory firm
- Deep technical understanding of OECD BEPS and international tax treaties
- Experience with CBCR implementation required, including data collection
- Demonstrated ability to work on cross-functional projects. Excellent project and time management skills
- Proven experience in coaching and team leadership
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent written and verbal communication. Strong writing skills for drafting documentation and reports
- Fluent in English is mandatory, another language is a plus (French or German preferably)
