- Degree in Marketing and strong expertise in Brand Management and Product Management.
- Over 5 years of experience in Marketing/Brand Management/Product Management within B2C in Cosmetics/Dermatology or B2B in Cosmetic Actives/Life Science Industry, ideally in an international environment.
- Deep scientific understanding or a scientific background in the field of cosmetics or dermatology.
- Ability in buildup, inspire, and develop teams with an integrative leadership style.
- Excellent written and spoken English skills. Additional proficiency in German is advantageous.
- Initially, take sole responsibility for Communication and Product Management for RAHN-Cosmetic Actives, before building and leading the team as described.
- Build and lead a team specializing in product management, trends, communication and brand ambassadorship.
- Collaborate closely with various interfaces to manage brand touchpoints for RAHN-Cosmetic Actives.
- Develop and execute communication strategies across brand touchpoints and channels for RAHN-Cosmetic Actives to ensure that the high value of RAHN-Cosmetic Actives is understood and appreciated by the market.
- Analyze and monitor trends to integrate them into our innovation pipeline and translate them into cosmetic concepts for our clients.
- Provide market perspective for idea evaluation and R&D projects.
- Identify potential, plan actions, and measure success using defined KPIs.
- Maintain and manage comprehensive documentation for RAHN-Cosmetic Actives.
