We are seeking a highly skilled Communications Specialist to join our Executive Office (EO), mandated by the CEO, Executive Board and Global Wealth Management Committee (ExB/GWMC) to drive matters of overarching strategic relevance for the Group. The EO consists of the Group Strategy team, responsible for developing the Group strategy and the Executive Office – Group Corporate Secretary team, responsible for governance matters and the communications and business events activities of the CEO/ExB/GWMC and preparing the CEO for business meetings.
The Communications Specialist will develop and implement effective communications and business events strategies for the CEO/ExB/GWMC, working closely with key stakeholders across the organisation, including the central Communications team. The role involves writing compelling strategic messages as well as the overall responsibility for high-profile business events hosted by the CEO/ExB/GWMC, such as Offsites, Global Townhalls, Senior Management Conferences and the Diamond Circle, an event for the top Relationship Managers.
To succeed in this position, you should possess a deep understanding of the banking industry, paired with strategic insight and oversight. Excellent writing, communication and powerpoint skills are essential, as well as the ability to translate complex information into clear and compelling narratives. You should also be adept at managing complex stakeholder relationships and demonstrate a can-do attitude. The ability to work under pressure, think proactively, and support the team in all its activities is crucial.

Write compelling strategic messages and translate complex information into clear and compelling narratives for the CEO/ExB/GWMC, collaborating with key stakeholders across the whole organization, including the central Communications team.
Overall responsibility for high-profile business events hosted by the CEO/ExB/GWMC, such as Offsites, Global Town Halls, Senior Management Conferences and the Diamond Circle.
Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships and communicate effectively with them.
Proactive, pragmatic, solution-oriented, hands-on approach while delivering excellent quality with attention to detail.
Take over additional ad-hoc responsibilities and tasks within the Executive Office.
YOUR PROFILE
A proven track record in Communications and Events within the banking or financial services industry
Comfortable working in a high-paced environment, fully dedicated to top results
A structured workstyle, high attention to details without losing focus on what really matters
The ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment
Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively articulating complex ideas and engaging with senior stakeholders
A commitment to high ethical standards and professionalism, with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements in the financial sector
An academic degree in communications, business administration, finance, or a related field
Excellent writing skills and the ability to visualize complex data and information using MS Office
Proficiency in English (oral and written) is a must, German would be a plus
